My CV
Richard worked as a project manager on the TCES project at Department of Health... Richard had a role to support all the London boroughs as part of the wider social care reform agenda. Richard is an excellent project manager and has a real connection with end users and the impact of any changes being implemented. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to work in all areas of social care. Amanda Simpson, Business Change, UK Home Office

creativity techniques training
These techniques are a range of weird and wonderful techniques to come up with weird 'out of the box' innovative creative thinking. If you want to innovate and be creative, it is likely the techniques that get you there are going to be a bit 'weird'.

design and project approach to change
Worked across diverse sectors in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, health, social care and housing, in fields of technology, design, development, sales and marketing. It is my absolute belief that when it comes to change, we need to be agile ninja's flexible and open minded about what techniques we employ.
OGC Prince II + OGC Managing Successful Programmes + MSP Management of Risk + Inclusive Design + Human-Centred Design + Speculative Design + Agile Methodology
In my most recent experience over the past 5 years, starting with my course in my MSc in Assistive Technology at Coventry, in Inclusive Design techniques, I have been inspired through a combination of reading, attending Masterclasses at the RCA, and trial, experimentation to develop and hone a Human-Centred Design mindset including learning the principles, skills, and techniques.
A flavour of the tools I use in this respect and I believe are key to greater user involvement, patient engagement, and tennant voice in policy, services and systems include the techniques here:
Service Blueprinting + System Mapping + Customer Journey mapping + Empathy Mapping + Persona Development + Hopes and Fears + Evidence Safaris + Service Safaris + Ethnographic research + Story-telling + Gorilla Testing + Prototyping + Experimentation
